About me
Dr. Prafulla Shivakumar is a Clinical Psychologist with more than 18 years of experience in adult and geriatric mental healthcare.
Personal experience
- She has worked on several projects at the Department of Psychiatry in NIMHANS and has coordinated projects commissioned by:
- The Government of Karnataka,
- Stanford University, and
- The World Health Organization (WHO).
- She has also worked as a corporate therapist/coach for various organizations.
- She has designed employee wellness programs on topics ranging from stress management to sleep and anxiety management.
- Dr. Prafulla is a therapist certified by the Rehabilitation Council of India.
- She has a Master’s degree in Psycho-Social Rehabilitation and a PhD from the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS).
- She has also completed a diploma in Dementia Studies.
